Several GAS students (Olivia Ponder, Carly Gloth, Olivia Burger, Rhiannon Amick, and Shelby Stroup) volunteered Saturday at the at the Southeast Health Princess Tea. The event raises money for Southeast Health Children Services and OB/NICU
Many area children may never have the opportunity to visit Orlando’s magical princesses, but this event brings that magic to the heartland. Our girls volunteered and dressed as our own Scott City Princesses to help out and dance with many of the attendees.



Congratulations to senior Keaton Lacey and his performances at MSHSAA State Festival last week! He earned a gold medal for his performance of a piano solo, and a silver medal on his tuba solo. We are so proud of him and all of his accomplishments this year!
You can see him with the rest of the concert bands at their spring concert this Thursday, May 5th, beginning at 5:30 pm.


National Honor Society students were celebrated with a trip to the City Museum in St. Louis. We are proud of these students and their achievements! Go Rams !!

Alexys Littlepage and Zoe Lee (2020 graduates of Scott City) spoke with juniors and seniors about nursing. They talked to students about Gen Ed classes needed, about the nursing program, the work load, how to balance school work and personal life. They gave the students information about all the programs offered at SEMO College of Nursing.

SCMS Student Council volunteered at the food bank today. They packed boxes to be distributed to 8 different organizations in the 16 counties of the SEMO region.
