SCMS Spirit Week
While you're out enjoying this beautiful weekend, don't forget to take some time and reflect on the 20th anniversary of 9/11 and the tragedy that brought our nation together. From the NYC firefighters, police and port authority police to the heroes in the air on United Flight 93, they sacrificed themselves so that others might live. In a time when our country is starkly divided, a day like today is a good time to remember we are ALL Americans! Enjoy your weekend Rams and remember those we as a nation lost on this day in 2001 and live for them! #SCGrowAs1

The Scott City R1 Board of Education voted in a Special Meeting tonight to put in a mask mandate starting tomorrow. With the number of quarantines we have had the last several days, this will allow us to keep students in school. This mandate will be in place until the September 15 Board Meeting, where at that time it will be re-evaluated. #SCGrowAs1
