Parents and community members we need your feedback to help us set goals for our school. The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) directs schools to develop a Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP) that guides the overall improvement of its educational programs and services. Part of this plan is to collect parent and community input about the Scott City R-1 School District. Please take the time to answer one of the surveys below. Parents with kids actively enrolled in the District should take the Parent Survey, and residents of the Scott City School District without kids enrolled at this time should take the community survey. We believe that what you look for – you will see. At Scott City Elementary we are going to focus our attention on students making positive choices. Students that get a Positive Behavior Referral (PBR) are showered with praise and celebration. We call home and share the PBR with a family member of their choice, we take their picture and it is posted on our social media platforms, we read the PBR during the morning announcements, and the PBR is hung in the hallway. These are a really BIG deal at SCE! Please help us celebrate these students.
