"Congratulations to the Speech Team last night for a highly successful tournament at Dexter High School. Makayla S and Ava U earned 1st and 3rd place in Poetry Reading, Adam HR and Ann B earned 2nd and 3rd place in Prose Reading, and Olivia M earned 2nd place in Radio Speaking. If you see these students, be sure to tell them congratulations. Competing against 6 other schools in these large event topics is quite the feat. Wish them luck at their next tournament and districts in just a few weeks. Team, your coaches are extremely proud of you all, and you should be proud of yourselves! On to the next one!"
