For students interested in joining middle school jazz band, we are having a rhythm section meeting/rehearsal tomorrow, Wednesday Nov. 9th right after school. It will last until 4:15. They will learn what you need to audition for the group next week. Students can come if they have no experience, but it would be beneficial if they know the basics. Alexys Littlepage, Southeast Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences student, spoke to Mrs. Weber’s Anatomy students today. She discussed various healthcare careers and education needed to pursue each of them. The former alumni demonstrated how a catheter, blood pressure cuff, stethoscope, and pen light work.
Kindergarten and 2nd Grade had a lot of fun visiting STEM Lab this week. The kids coded a parade route with Ozobots from the Edvolution Center and coding mice. They even built floats for a parade!
