Scott City Bands is hosting over 130 students tomorrow participating in the Southeast Missouri Small School Honor Band. This group will meet and rehearse and put on a concert all in one day.
Ron Sikes, from Jefferson R-VII in Festus, will lead out high schoolers. Mr. Sikes is an active performer and clinican whose bands have been chosen to perform multiple times at the Missouri Music Educators Association Convention.
If you are interested in attending this concert, it will be at 4pm on Saturday, Jan 21st.

3rd Grade had a blast engineering, coding, problem solving, and measuring in STEM Lab today. Students coded mice to go through a snow maze they designed. Students also created catapults to launch snowballs and then measured how far their snowballs went.

Mrs. McClard's Kindergarten class visited the Elementary Media Center STEM Lab today. The students launched snowballs (and practiced measuring to see how far the snowballs went), coded their mice to go through a snow maze, and went on an adventure with Osmo. Their drawings magically appeared in their Osmo monster's adventure! Learning can be "snow" much fun!!!


Today in SEEK, the students made Elephant Toothpaste and played with some new coding toys!
